Some people agree that everyone should be allowed to share his or her ideas freely on the Internet. They say that since we live in a democratic country, we all have the right to free speech.

However, other people argue that restrictions should be imposed on the expressions on the Internet, for there have been many remarks that spread false information and messages of violence, which has a bad influence on teenagers.

也有一些人认为应该对网络发言进行限制，因为网上经常出现一些宣传虚假、暴力信息的不良言论。

In my opinion, people should be endowed with the right to speak freely on the Internet as long as we improve our moral consciousness. Internet is a good medium for us to share our opinions, but we should not transmit illegal or harmful information. Everyone has the duty to keep our network clean, then we will be able to enjoy the convenience the Internet has brought us.

而我的观点是，人们拥有网络言论自由，只要我们有道德意识。网络是分享我们观点的好的媒介，拒绝传播违法或者不良言论。每个人都有责任保护网络环境，那么我们也会享受网络带给我们的便利。

We must adhere to the open policy. Because economic relations between states today have become increasingly close, and no country can possibly advance behind close doors. Only in this way, can we gradually close the gap between our country and the developed countries.

Through the implementation of policy, we can learn advanced technology and managerial expertise from abroad; make full use of the foreign capitals to set up great enterprises; absorb useful and healthy ideas and new knowledge of the modern civilization; and broaden our views and raise our level of competence.

This raise the question: What is the most essential quality needed to succeed in one’s higher education Personally, of all attributes that can contribute to a successful college career, the most important one is effective time management. To begin with, students who know how to manage their time effectively will be able to ensure strong academic performance. While getting high grades in by no means the only aspect of success for undergraduates, students who fail in most or all of their courses could hardly be considered successful. In addition, time-management consciousness can enable students to become more socially successful. University is not just an academic experience, but also a social one. Students who fail to budget their time and, in turn, fall behind in their studies, will have fewer opportunities to hang out with friends and classmates. For the above reasons, I believe that time management is the most important quality for a college students.
